Great interview !! I have been BBQing/Grilling for over 55 years. I Learned by trial and error. Burned up a lot of meat and multiple cheap offsets. I now have a trailered 250 gal. Moberg pit. Took delivery of my Moberg the day after I got laid off my real job because of Covid. Took the wind out of my sails but I can't stop BBQing. I cook for family and neighbors & by word of mouth and vac-seal a lot. Now days I watch videos for entertainment & maybe a new twist on something I already have perfected. Long time subscriber to both of your channels. Keep the videos coming. Cheers from TEXAS !!!

I sought a recommedation from Meat Church on were to eat as I was visiting the area from Australia. They didn't heistate to recommend this joint. OMG - it was amazing. And "It' refers to the food, the environment and the service. I had already touched base with Nolan to make sure I wasn't going to miss out - and he recalled my email when we turned up. He went out of his way to chat at the counter, giving little tastings of the food that we'd ordered, and some that we hadn't just so we knew what that was like too, and then came and checked on us once we were seated. What a great guy. What a friendly guy. It was such a pleasure to eat here, to socialise here. I cannot reccomend it enough. I have encouraged Nolan to open a branch over here in Western Australia!!

Great video. Loved all the backstory. Not many places can you rely on for good BBQ here in the Phoenix area. Still need to get over to Little Miss since I always hear it's the best in the area, how do you feel it stacks up to BBQ elsewhere you've tried? You've got some great BBQ tour videos! Some of that helps me understand why Camelback Smokers has gone quiet. A couple years ago was looking for an offset and they caught my eye do to how good people say Little Miss is and of course being maybe the only local offset maker (at least that I could find). Settled on a Workhorse 1975 which I love (and a couple other smokers of other types) but I have to say their smokers look killer and still dream of getting a 250 or 500 gallon.
